MY EVER CHANGING MOODS PIANO VERSION

The Cafe Bleu Album was and still is a great collection of songs. The album had a lot of diversity on there. From the Soul fueled ballad of Your the best thing, through to the guest appearances by Everything But The Girl and all the way into a deep political vibe with The Whole Point of No Return, there is something magical about this set of songs that captured an era of Jazz influenced Pop at that time. However the single "Ever Changing Moods" was an upbeat track that was released as a single but the album version is a more laid back piano rendition which is way more captivating than the guitar rocked up version. The official video has always baffled me with the group riding Cycles in all the racing attire attached to their person. Still this version is as sweet as a hot Summers day.

PREFAB SPROUT B-SIDES Paddy Mcaloon and his band Prefab Sprout are one of the finest Rock/Pop/Indie crossover bands of the 80's & 90's and beyond With varying degrees of commercial success over the years, they have certainly earned their place in music history. But there is another story to hot dogs and jumping frogs. There is a side to the groups legacy that generally only the die hard fans and collectors usually know. A world where Mcaloon wrote and recorded some of his finest lyrics, that were crafted into beautifully structured compositions.
